Our general manager likes to keep us informed about what is going on with the store.

Leadership team works very hard. Corporate needs to think about giving raises to the ones that help support their own paycheck and profit sharing.

They do not make you feel lesser, and aleyas try to help you learn/grown

Being realistic when it comes to expectations of someone's job when you pay them the same as a McDonald's employee or less
