Just getting to know her

Leadership team works very hard. Corporate needs to think about giving raises to the ones that help support their own paycheck and profit sharing.

Everyone is very receptive to criticism and very helpful. They always let us know what is going on and what changes are being made. They work with us to ensure that we are satisfied with our situations at work and they make the workplace enjoyable.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It was okay to work there. Manager was rude and mean and yelled at you in front of customers

Review from Customer Support Dept

They do not make you feel lesser, and aleyas try to help you learn/grown

Review from Customer Support Dept

We have a new CEO and haven't heard much from him yet. Im assuming he is in the assessment phase. The team has done a good job guiding the company through bankruptcy and the pandemic

They work along side us. They don't hang out in the office all day, they're on the floor right beside us.

Review from Sales Dept

Good people. Bad management. Trust me.

They are very hard workers and do care about employees.

Review from Sales Dept

Open door policy. I can talk to my manager about anything without fear of rejection

The genuine care and inclusion.

Some are vety attentive others dont care

They seem committed to the store

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There was a team meeting. The manager stated you have to make her. I don't believe anybody should make anybody do anything. But to state you have to make a person do something I think that's wrong.
