The people who have been there for a while know what they are doing
They work well, as long as they as supervised. When the manager is not nearby, they tend to slow down considerably. Store Manager does not support hiring/discipline/firing recommendations of his senior managers.

My coworkers need to focus on doing their jobs, not standing around and gossiping.
Being fair and resoecting older stylist who are way more seasoned You kearn from Wisdom and mistakes .
A few of them are way too bossy and try to run things there way. More respect would towards each other.

The individuals who work for JCPenney's in Hanes Mall are not bad people. They are given a near impossible task, and are trying their best.

Most of my coworkers are hard workers and we get along great. However some do not work and they get away with it, like they are the managers family or friends. they make the job a lot of unfair hard work and we are run down.
