They are very understanding and compassionate.

Leadership could use some work. They don't lead by example. Won't go out of their way to help their team. Use their phones during the day but employees can't.

¿En qué necesita mejorar el equipo de liderazgo?

Supporting staff and not treating their teachers as if management is better than them. Yes they are of higher "rank" but it is not an excuse to belittle the teachers position. Management also had poor communication between them and that too made everything harder and more stressful.

Professionalism and confidentiality. Being kind to everyone

Give support, so there will be little to no violations

Providing good training opportunities to employees. My center director told me I had CPR training the next day. I told her that didn't give me enough time to find a ride home afterwards. She initially sakd that was fine, but later she said I had to pay for my own CPR training. That's not ok.

Supporting and know your staff

Revisión Publicado hace 3 años

Respect. Valuing employees, expressing high standards, and ensuring that staff receives adequate support to apply them. Most of all, be more attentive. You have a mass amount of centers struggling. You can have great principles, but stand by them or you are nothing.

Communicating and giving more classroom support. Instead of brushing off children with behavior problems, help manage them and recommend they receive the support they need, be transparent with families and staff.

Hearing the needs of their teachers and implementing a proagrm to help them succeed on the class enviroment with behavior challneges. Ensuring the management is supporting their teachers mental health.

Communication and professionalism need to be worked on

Revisión Publicado hace 7 años

Not being rude and more communication and interaction. Not worrying so much about the dollar signs

Revisión Publicado hace 7 años

They do not pay their teachers a living wage. I cannot afford to send my child to the school where I work.

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Someone who actually cares about their employees and not just say they do.

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Everything. They only care about themselves and their bonuses.

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Communication and being present in the schools

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Communicating, better decision making, and being more supoortive of employees.

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

Mainting and promoting staff. Massive turnover in almost every part of the company. Many failing centers that are ignored while new centers are bought up

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

Listening to staff. Making changes that actually improve working in these horrible conditions instead of adding more and more challenging behaviors with little support

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

Understanding health (including mental) and accommodating for staff, hiring competent and reliable staff, retraining staff that do not meet requirements or comply with protocol
