Learning Care Group Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Was asked nice questions at times.

it was quick and easy. in and out.

I really didn't have to interview because I was hired back under my previous director.

How easy it was to speak. Nothing was off the table. My boss was an open book.

Relaxed feel when speaking to my boss and my director

It was thorough and touched on core competencies

The casuality of the interview.

It's a thorough process Can you get to meet personally with them

Seeing the classrooms and environents.

Review from Product Dept

Interviewing woth multiple people, some in person and some via phone.

They will take anyone. Even people with no units because the turnover rate is so high and they always need staff.

Walk thru the facility on first visit

Fast interview process, but I was misled about the actual position I would be taking once I started

That I was able to prove my worth to you guys.

i was giving updates about the process instead of wondering whether or not I would possibly get the job.

It was easy and I got hired on the spot

They took the time to tour the facility and tell me about the company

Review from Operations Dept

My interview process was quick. She has already read my resume so I didn’t have to spend time going over things I had already written

That my interviewer was very relatable during the entire interview

Review from Operations Dept

I got to meet with several admin staffers

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Be truthful about the open position and stop misleading prospect employees

Be honest at what youre getting yourself into

There was no interview; I was recruited from a nearby Childtime center

It took over two months to be hired with almost no communication during a month of that. Had already accepted a different job before i was offered

More professionalism; when i interviewed my interviewer discussed their problems with the employee who was in the position i interviewed for, saying how terrible they were and needed to be replaced. They sugar coated the struggles within the classroom in the interview.
