There is a core group of very passionate and fun people. But you will mainoy only communicate with them over email. Lots of cute pictures of kids will come accross your desk!

The corporate level interaction is mostly positive but the field/ school level is negative for the most part

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Real full time 40 hours and better salary
Better curriculum, roation of toys, more resouces for the children, and training that delves into the importance of child development.
Qualified teachers, support and pay
Not so much the company, but the management hired by the company.

Communication and for the school manger yo help out more not just sit on her butt
The management and staff need to change
Maybe if the high up corporate employees would even step foot in a daycare they might understand that the things they demand employees to do are utterly insane.
