Was asked nice questions at times.
The Assistant Director is amazing!
I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. The policy requiring full tuition for non-attendance weeks feels burdensome and misaligned with family needs. I hope the organization will reconsider this approach to ensure a balance between operational goals and family support.
Classrooms are too full, leading to stress and unsafe conditions for the children.

Great! I've learned through the years that you cant please everyone. Generally, if you're a team player and support each other, you'll fit in. Those that don't lend a helping hand typically say there are favorites or something, but that's usually cause they didn't offer to help or show support of the others in the team. This is not an independent work environment, so we take on tasks and say "Yes, I will" instead of, "Do I have to?" It's about a positive mind set.

When I started with the company, it was a local school, now it's a corporate school. I will say changes were tough, but the school runs so much better as a corp location...the support system, the quality of care, knowing there's an HR department if you have ethical issues, security, etc.
