How employees describe working at Learning Care Group

Was asked nice questions at times.

The Assistant Director is amazing!

I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. The policy requiring full tuition for non-attendance weeks feels burdensome and misaligned with family needs. I hope the organization will reconsider this approach to ensure a balance between operational goals and family support.

Classrooms are too full, leading to stress and unsafe conditions for the children.

Real full time 40 hours and better salary

Asked to all employees at Learning Care Group

  • Their insurance is way over priced, you get very little factions /sick pay. They tell you you will get 40 hours of vacation after 1 year and then not give you a full 40 hours because they give you a percentage based on how much or how little you work. They also punish you when you use your vacation/sick pay by holding that against how much you accrue.
