How do you feel about going to work at Learning Care Group everyday?
Good. I generally look forward to work. Course, it's still a job, so there are days that I'd love to stay in bed/home; like that beautiful Monday and all I want is another Sunday ;) but once I'm at work, it's all good.
How's the feedback process at Learning Care Group?
We have regular meetings with management to discuss performance. Every manager is different, but generally it's constructive and growth focused; they want you to be successful at your job and give you the tools to do so.
What kind of people succeed at Learning Care Group?
Team players. People that want to make a difference. People with drive. Flexible and willing to go above the norm.
How secure do you feel at your job at Learning Care Group?
VERY! I've been with the company over 15 years...growth and development has been a part of my journey.
Does Learning Care Group drug test or do a background check?
They background check you. No drug testing as far as I know.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Learning Care Group?
It was easy. Sent in resume interviewed, toured the building, was hired.
What do employees at Learning Care Group think about their benefits?
Their insurance is way over priced, you get very little factions /sick pay. They tell you you will get 40 hours of vacation after 1 year and then not give you a full 40 hours because they give you a percentage based on how much or how little you work. They also punish you when you use your vacation/sick pay by holding that against how much you accrue.
What's the internship program like at Learning Care Group?
They don’t have one.
How does Learning Care Group handle HR issues?
They don’t. They allow their directors to handle things as they want to. Many directors do not follow policy and procedure. They don’t care when you are sick, they don’t care about you as a person. If they happen to get a caring and friendly director in one of their centers they are quick to push them out or find a reason to fire them. 99% of their directors are cold and heartless.
