They are reliable sometimes. They do what they can when they can.

Excluding management we all support each other and help each other cope with the unjust actions of our director and dm

We all hate this company as whole, and laugh at how poorly the parents are tricked to think this is some amazing school.

For a learning and education focused company, their meetings and training all all prerecorded and dry. Absolutely horrible. Staff trainings are jokes and give no to little info that actually pertains to the job
Trainings are all prerecording and incredibly dry. I always expect more especially out of a company supposibly focused on education
Communication and being ob time
Having time to communicate at an individial level & bounce ideas off of each other with support. I feel like the programs exist to listen to staff comments/concerns however how serously they are looked into may be limited.
Support from District Managers and Administrators. Administrators are always worried about failing and are under pressure constantly and are basically in classrooms mostly instead of running the office.
Working together and not competing.
