Working in accessibility takes a certain type of person. A person who likes to help people. The model of work at Level Access takes advantage and abuses this. I love the work but dislike the workplace. Parts of the company are so disorganized that I sometimes can't believe we're still in business. The culture is top-down almost to the point of being patronizing. Job functions and expectations are not well defined. Revisión Publicado hace 4 años
