Millions of denials because of HHSC errors. It seems like case workers aren't held accountable. New CCRs are not properly trained,which causes even more errors.

I have had superior scores and percect attendance for a year and a half and was finally rewarded by being promoted to a pilot program in appeals where I spend most of my time as a CCR because this new department was grossly overhired and there is not enough work for us. Now I am working two roles.
