
Nothing really. It just depends on the store to store, as well as managers running it. We always honor our prices when a tag is wrong, and we relatively have few customer complaints.

We get along, and do our jobs as effectively as possible throughout the days. It's difficult due to lack of staffing sometimes, but they could always hire another part timer, you know, bearing that they actually paid them enough.

A better hourly wage. There is no labor shortage, just a shortage of workers willing to take the bare minimum in pay for all the responsibilities that companies like this are asking workers to do. It's utterly ridiculous how companies wonder why people aren't applying and are constantly shorthanded.

They need to accept the fact (as well as all companies and corporations now a days), that teams can't be run efficiently on skeleton crews... The bare minimum isn't even the bare minimum to them. It's "What can we scrap at the bottom of the barrel to add as gravy to our profit margins this year?".
