Being honest and transparent. They ask for honesty and transparency from their staff but then turn around and blatantly lie. It’s well known when you’re being lied to and they seem to believe they’ve fooled you.

They are ok and I’m not saying they are doing a bad job!..but there is times where I feel like they should look at themselves more as mentors helping us grow and being real leaders by helping us become a version of ourselves.. also by letting us be more involved
