I really enjoy Nav, especially the people. The work we do is important, although I'm not sure my contributions are necessarily important. I do feel underutilized and that my experience and talents aren't fully used, but I think that will change as the company gets organized.

They are truly invested in Nav's mission and care very deeply about human beings.
Revisión
They are approachable but are still experts in what they do. They are singleminded about making Nav what it needs to be.
Revisión
Being able to contribute with my talents and experience and having a meaningful project to do where I can see the results.

Everyone is good at what they do and committed to each other's success. We all work together to make sure things get done well.
Revisión
Everyone's commitment to helping people -- whether that's our customers or each other. No one is trying to get ahead by putting other people down.
Revisión
Everyone is of a similar mindset, even with different perspectives. I love that my colleagues see things differently than me but are willing to share their experiences.
Revisión
The freedom to do my best work how I work best. Knowing that my contributions matter. Being able to count on my colleagues to do their best work, too.
Revisión
The transparency. I took a pay cut to come to Nav but I am much happier here because I know what to expect and why I'm paid what I'm paid.
Revisión
Everyone brings different skills and perspectives, but everyone is committed to the same goals. This is impressive. There's no competition or back biting. We are all committed to helping each other and our customers succeed.
Revisión
I took a pay cut to come to Nav and was told that I could expect to be moved to a comparable level within a year. However, none of this was conveyed to my manager, who was hired the same time I was. I feel like I was promised something that I can't enforce.
