Everything is good except our direct management structure (boss and boss's boss - who happen to be best friends). It's a recipe for cancer. In this case, it's the worst possible combo.

I think at this time we are a little too numbers driven on the financials... in relation to growth...for my taste. It's causing us to sacrifice other things that we used to stand for.

I'm not paid fairly and I've sacrificed so much. I'm the original (longest term) person here and paid almost the least. I'm not seen as a valued team member for some reason. I've tried to change that by taking all feedback. Others are struggling with our direct management as well.

My team is awesome. Unfortunately, my boss is destructing our team and happiness. Micro-manager. Tone is hard to be around. But she means very well. She's just really the wrong person for the role. She doesn't take feedback well. She has to be right. It's a very top down mentality ruining us. Tried.
