Many of us started at another organization prior to working at Nordic. They have taken everything that made that previous organization a less than desirable place to work and have rectified the issues. I have no desire to leave Nordic for any competitor company.

There is a strong focus on each of our team members as an individual. They approach each of us with the intent of getting to know us, and they work with us in a way that best fits our needs and our way of handling the job requirements.

The pay is competitive and the overall benefits are at or above what you would hope for in the market. Not being in Wisconsin, the nation-wide option for health insurance isn't the best fit for us, but we have another venue for that so it hasn't been a problem for us to deal with.

we come from a variety of backgrounds, but Nordic truly brings in the best of the best, both as professionals and human beings. I know I can count on my team members for transparency in our projects, and I know we can enjoy time spent onsite or at company events together outside of work, as well.
