I have overall enjoyed my time at Nordic but there does seem to be a culture shift happening. We are increasingly becoming more concerned about utilization and acquisitions and less about what's best for our employees. I think we need to ask ourselves what kind of company do we really want to be.

Either remove on call, do something about the benefits or improve work life balance if you're not willing to pay people more.

The people. There also seems to be some positive strides on the DEI front but it would be nice to see that reach the higher tiers of the company.

The people. They would give me serious pause about leaving. I've also been fortunate enough to have leaders who have been truly invested in my success and future at Nordic.

In spite of some of the issues here at Nordic we have some of the most genuine and caring people in the business. We need to be doing more to make sure we keep them here.

I don't always think that C-suite gets it, but I thankfully cannot say the same for my peers/immediate leadership. They have always made me feel valued and appreciated and are by far the best part of my job.

Adding more diversity at the Senior Leadership level (all white men all the time is getting embarrassing for a company that claims to pride itself on it's DEI work), putting practices in place to avoid employee burnout and improve retention.

I do think I could get paid a bit more but my raises and bonuses have always been satisfactory. I'm not sure if others would agree and given the high rates of attrition I do think it needs to get reexamined.

My division, Managed Services, feels like it's completely separated from the organization as a whole. When C Suite announces 'exciting news' it almost always has the opposite impact. There also appears to be some great work on the D&I front that they seem to be completely uninvested in and it shows.
