To start with up your minimum pay based on the cost of living per state. Offer additional paid training for store leadership personnel in communication and listening skills. Offer more than 10 min breaks to delivery drivers because most of the time we don't even get them.

Everything is wrong with this company the pay is cheap and they expect you to work for 3 their pay is not competitive at all not enough staff and management is abysmal

There is too much work and not enough team members to complete the job. We are all tired of the overtime the past two years. There is so much wrong here but it boils done to lack of training.
