As a company, i feel it is very forward thinking and does it's staff good. In my own experience (NOC, Belfast), this couldn't be further from reality. Long hours, low pay and lack of actual exposure to technologies is a shame, and not what was advertised of the role. Lots of busy work, unfulfilling
