The paid offs, night differential and allowances. Those are already a big help, and i believe that the company will give more compensation as long as your doing your job well and provide an excellent performance.

I could say that the positives is how they are valuing our creator which is God, and the environment is good because they are not tolerating toxic here, every employee treated equally even your already in a higher position.

The questions in the interview process is really good because most of the questions are out of the box questions, and I think they did that on purpose because they want us to be prepared in Versant Exam and it really works.
