
While not all the "benefits" are superb in comparison to other bigger companies, they are very flexible in making sure they accommodate additional requests that will either make me happy or more productive.

I don't feel undervalued, as I am satisfied with my salary. I think the company could do with a better PTO policy (that doesn't ding you for sick time, for example) and some other HR perks like 401k matching, etc, considering the hard work we do and our success in the market.

Consistently took on a lot of work to ensure projects are delivered on time, no bonus plan, or increase in pay. No yearly review to understand what professional improvements need to be made in order to obtain promotion. I paid out of pocket to provide my team with yearly holiday gift card.
