Tucson Medical Center: Started good but over last few years it has gotten scary. Basic safty protocols and any semblance of standards is gone. The staff caring for the patients are dying trying to take care of the patients the way they need but the administrators only care about getting that money every way they can!

Waste Connections: When I first started it was less than a year and some personal business happened and Ty (DM at the time) went above and beyond to help my family out. That is one of the biggest reasons I'm still at this company; knowing that the managers actually care for their employees.

Jersey Mike's Subs: Gulf Breeze store and the owners of it are awful. Never willing to fix anything, constantly short staffing the store to make an extra dime in saved labor costs, rude and unforgiving upper management/owners. Horrible place to work.
Epiq: good company to work in wherein flexibility is there, easy going people and management, but off late less of office activities more of virtual connects sometimes makes less impact on employees.

NETSCOUT: very positive, innovative and exciting work environment adapting to changes in the industry.
Epiq: While I am comfortable and happy in my current position, that same opportunity is not afforded to everyone in the company. There are also elements that are toxic and unacceptable for a work environment that are never addressed and bad behaviors are allowed to continue and fester.

It felt like it was a combination of aimlessly floating and drowning in the first half, and then the second half I've started to settle into my groove, but I fear that I've gotten somewhat complacent.

Regus: Unrealistic organization with zero IT staff for onboarding and an overwhelming amount of unnecessary meetings. Absolutely NO support for internal systems and unrealistic sales expectations. Company is unorganized, not customer nor employee focused, etc.

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: Now that they've moved my department to Monroe and it became apparent that we are not valued. Those of us who moved to NC did not even receive the "welcome baskets" or the shirts from the holiday party. Our dept. needs are not considered when the other depts are.
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: Very positive so far as I am still new. A fairly large learning curve to understand global guard rails and has to be a certain way because that is how it is set up in Europe. But overall, very positive

Additional training should be provided to managers and staff on professional etiquette when speaking about or addressing employees.

Percepta: Percepta has been a great place to work for. I'm going on my 7th year. If you apply yourself, you can be extremely successful at Percepta. I went right to a Team Leader after just a short two years of being with the company. As long as you can adjust to change, you will be just fine here.

In addition to giving all PMs a raise, PMs should also be able to reasonably adjust a customer's bill

Public Storage: Like I said, I came from working for a weekly paycheck just to spend it all on hotels for me and my family. Now I have fantastic hours, great benefits, an apartment, my bills paid, a flexible enough schedule if I need it and just the best DM I have ever had!
Crusoe: From day 1 I have felt welcomed. When new projects arise, and I'm not up to speed, I know I can rely on my coworkers to get me there. I am extremely impressed with this company and feel we have the brightest future. We'll easily be the next GE.

HOUSTON METHODIST: Houston Methodist is a great place to work. Whether it be part-time or full-time, there are full benefits for those working more than 20 hours per week. We are selective, and sometimes it takes applying more than once at Houston Methodist. It's worth applying more than once!
