All Web Leads: If a call is dropped it is counted against you. If a client is on Medicaid or fixed income and can't afford a plan, you are reprimanded for not selling them or cross selling. The metrics are sckewed. You are expected to sell based on the income value of the product but can't tell what that is.

Upon finally getting the unit to function after multiple service calls, the technician couldn't re-insert freezer shelving. He ordered parts a week ago. As of today, 5/14/2026, nothing.
