Aspirations of the company are good, execution is not necessarily optimal. Too few people take on too much of the responsibility for execution at the ground level, and compensation is not commensurate with output. Growth at the expense of quality is detrimental to employee satisfaction.

Some coworkers are absolutely fabulous: great to collaborate with and committed to results. Others are the exact opposite: don't take responsibility, don't care about quality or meeting customer needs.

Salary increases are few and far between, and do not seem to be aligned with performance or commitment on the part of the employee. Management level seems to be extremely well compensated while those performing well and going above and beyond to meet goals are left behind.
