Review from Customer Support Dept

I appreciate that the executive team plays a key role in driving the company?

Review from Operations Dept

I don't work closely with the leadership team, but the culture of my team is amazing, and I know that the leadership culture tends to trickle down into other teams.

Review from Customer Success Dept

They are Approachable and always helpful. Never make me feel like I am bothering them or make me feel my questions are insignificantnt.

The leadership team clearly tries to make improvements for employees.

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

That we get to work independently and not micro managed

Review from Operations Dept

I could ask them anything and they would give an honest answer.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Transparency about our goals and achievements

Review from Customer Success Dept

I have a great working relationship with the director that I report to. He is candid, cares genuinely, leads with transparency, and is empathetic.

Review from Customer Success Dept

approachability mainly, also I have always appreciated the trust they put in me to do my job without heavy oversight and dictated approaches. I can be myself, and I know they know that I care about our customers and Galen's top notch reputation as much as they do.

Review from Operations Dept

Could communication, keeping us updated on what's happening in the company

Review from Operations Dept

Transparency, unity, vision, communication, and energy.

Review from Customer Success Dept

They are open about what the plans are moving forward and when the ETA of those plans will be implemented

Review from Customer Success Dept

open and honest - legitimately takes our ideas into consideration to improve outcomes

Review from Sales Dept

I feel like they keep us informed so we feel part of any upcoming changes. They listen when we have suggestions. I feel like I'm part of the team community.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Alerting staff to the company's goals. Should be posted somewhere and not just stated in a meeting. I have no idea what RLDatix has for bigger goals.

Review from IT Dept

The lack of support makes it so that my team and I cannot perform our jobs successfully for our client. Major issues remain unaddressed: 1. the product department does not address issues, 2. leadership does not have enough knowledge about our business, 3. leadership bashes our client.

Review from IT Dept

Compensation, Work from home policy

Review from Operations Dept

Transparency for everything. We see on the townhalls how the company has more and more money, but we ask for licenses/training/conference/customer visit the excuse is there is no money. Change your mindset to invest into the people and they will bring you more money.

Review from Engineering Dept

Caring for their employees ... understand that they are being asked to make massive sacrifices and are often not receiving any reward (in terms of bonus or stock) as a result.

Review from Engineering Dept

Invest in retention - fair market wages, culture building outside of Macedonia, hiring outside of Macedonia

Review from Engineering Dept

Communication, understanding difficulties around client, be proactive vs. reactive, mentor staff, mean what you say, provide education for staff, share goals to ensure upstream/downstream alignment

Review from Customer Success Dept

We need better internal communication so that we understand changes that are coming, so we can better explain it to our teams and to our customers. Understanding what employees are looking for in the workplace and being more flexible to provide it.

Review from Product Dept

Performance review and promotion to be aligned with the reality, people are getting equally promoted and they give totally different output

Review from IT Dept

To check the market to see the salary in the other companies RLDatix is 30% behind the market.

Review from Product Dept

Better planning on their side

Review from Operations Dept

Care about all at the company besides those that are executives. David Vigil is a prime example of someone that does not know or care much about the people in nam

Review from Engineering Dept

Understand how their decisions impact the customer and workflows across teams

Review from Customer Success Dept

Less politics, more transparency on plans and budgets, less lip service in the townhalls and actual actions to improve things. Care about people, genuinely, with appropriate actions. Not just emails, procedures, and empty townhall promises. Walk the talk.
