The seasoned or coworkeers who have been here for a while are not that nice to the newer employee's. They don't really take the time to train properly or show how to correct issues. They find reasons to not anwer you when they feel you aren't doing them anything good.

Pull their weight in the teams, be constructive. Do not hide behind processes and wait to be told what to do. Assume the responsibilities for their roles and own the activities and the outcomes. Making mistakes is part of learning and growth, accept that and be constructive.
