I'm relatively new to Galen, but during my time here, I have noticed that this company has a lot going for it. Leadership is level-headed and human, my work has meaning, my coworkers are competent, and I am reimbursed fairly for the work I do.

Internal communication from upper management is very poor. Changes are implemented without providing information ahead of time. I don't think the executive level of RLDatix understands or cares about what we do, and company policies should be more flexible to make things easier for the team.

My direct leadership team is very hands on, show they care, always available.

Regarding the Galen leadership team, I feel that they are very focused on balancing the success of the business with the individual well-being of each employee. As for RLDatix's leadership team, I haven't had much interaction with them, but they felt very normal and corporate.

The number of days off is great. Insurance is cheaper than at previous company. BCBSIL is very agreeable for an insurance company. I like that I can get a meaningful bonus each year.
