What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people stay positive even when we are under a lot of stress.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The comradery, the dedication they put into their work and their customers. The sense of teamwork, helping each other during the busy reporting season.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Considering the amount of overtime that is required to do my job, I do not feel that my salary reflects that, as well as the added stress from being a manager.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

We need better internal communication so that we understand changes that are coming, so we can better explain it to our teams and to our customers. Understanding what employees are looking for in the workplace and being more flexible to provide it.
