I feel undervalued at this company due to my compensation. I know that if I was a new hire I would be making 10k+ more than I am now. It has made me look into other job opportunities, something that I would not have done if I was paid fairly

I feel the knowledge base needed to be successful in this job in not compensated fairly and the pay cut I had to take was pretty severe. I am struggling to survive, and my child is making the same as me at a new job. I know some who do less make way more due to tenor here. It's Frustrating
