What is the best part about your compensation package?
health insurance I consider as one of the best parts.

The best part of my compensation package is my net salary, plus the private health insurance and fitness app. The hybrid model of working is just amazing and I love the flexibility it offers!

There is big difference and gap between our salaries and the salaries in other IT companies for the same positions in MKD. We need to be more competitive with the salaries in non RND teams.
