The company is obviously doing well financially and making someone lots of money but not the people doing the work. It feels like an Allocate takeover. The focus is on money, not the people who make this company great.

Legacy RL Solutions culture keeps me at this company. Good people, doing great things (and having fun doing them). It's tough seeing an unequal investment in culture building activities in Macedonia.

I could make a lot more elsewhere. I stay for my team. There has been no normalization of wages with standardization of titles. Some of my direct reports earn as much as I do. Also, leadership is too slanted towards legacy allocate and Macedonia.
