When I compare my compensation and benefits to those of people with similar experience and similar roles at technology companies, Seagate compensation falls short. Competitive compensation and increase stock payments would make me feel better.

Pay and benefits are way below market average and increments are paltry even if your performance or the financial year is good. Fresh grads would catch up to your pay grade in no time if you don't leave.
