Managers need to learn how to lead by example
There are no respect for minority worker who can't speak Vietnamese language. I am inferior all the time.
New management, get rid of so much management,

Look into fairer compensation for deserved staffs and performance review structure. Many incompetent people doing the jobs yet there is no actions taken. Company have great policy but some people are not even following the policy.
