Managers need to learn how to lead by example

There are no respect for minority worker who can't speak Vietnamese language. I am inferior all the time.

New management, get rid of so much management,

Principled executives who don't operate in such an erratic, sloppy fashion.

It needs an entire overhaul - this is more than a 'change your mindset and be the change you want to see' scenario. The only good change for an individual would be a change of company if you are in this company,

Look into fairer compensation for deserved staffs and performance review structure. Many incompetent people doing the jobs yet there is no actions taken. Company have great policy but some people are not even following the policy.

Fire the CIO and his cronies from SanDisk.

New executive team needs to clean up low morale.

The environment was great, laid back, easy going, let us do our work without the micro management.
