Nothing can be done. They are just highly corrupt.
I don't know who they are and it doesn't matter anyway. The company culture and diversity is absolutely nonsense.
Having a direction to steer the company in.
Improve their technical competence and respect the Engineers
Trying to maintain a semblance of competancy.
Nothing, they exist to leech off whatever little the company make every year, downsize some more and reward themselves with fat paychecks at your expense. Don't bother being loyal here, you'll get rewarded only with disappointment.
Listen. Value employees. Be open to changes.
Listen more. Recognize more. Stop the glorification of a toxic culture.
How to be far and dont target on new employee. Treat with respect and better communication.

Seeing their subordinates potential and be an advocate for them. Make connections, challenge them, provide feedback and have an 'open door'.

Well, deciding to move our jobs overseas and close down this facility based on "savings" when its clear thats not what it was based on due to the costs it takes to move it and host our jobs overseas is not the way, I can tell you that.
The leadership of the company is reactive, not proactive. They need to lead, not follow
Review from Engineering Dept
Too many remote senior executive managers who don't know what the rank and file are doing. Communications via 1-1 are frequently canceled
