It's always a joke no issues being discussed other than a joke.
The management need to come up with a coherent plan to move the company ahead
Manager need to learn people management
Maybe pay everyone fairly so that the environment won't be so miserable.
Generally most are nice but politics exist and there are lots of gossipy people around.
More collaboration. Less politics and turf wars.
Many incompetent colleagues. Hard to work with them.
I recently joined your company at seagate n Im very excited n happy that I got in. I was trained well n I learned everything in two day. Everything is going well. But one day, one of employee came to me n boss me around n I told him leave me alone. The next I showed to work n they took my badge.
