It was INTENSE! Four hours solid, five interviewers. Like a pop quiz on my entire career. Loved it! It was exciting and invigorating. I couldn't wait to start after I finished the interviews.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Define the role clearly. You cannot expect 15 years experience person to work like fresher
People need to speak the language of the business that way they can interact with the people who they work with efficiently.

Unfair selection. Not professional recruiter. Human issue.
