Leadership is straight forward in their expectations. Standards and goals are accomplishable within reason. Their is no tension between upper management and associates. Advancement is encouraged.

Im just a part-time employee , who is highly motivated to do a great job. And ill probably leave Smart and Final once we get thrtough this pandemic. Smart&Final needs to higher people who truly want to work and who truly care about thier career. People at Smart & Final lack passion for thier jobs!!

Communication and respect when it come to employees off and sick time, its not our fault that the company is under staff its the hiring manager and exspecially when it comes to thw major depts i feel there should be enough coverage

Manager and assistant manager make it very difficult for employees to receive proper help with any work related issues. Very passive aggressive towards employees in front of customers. Other employees that do not have higher positions or have been promoted seem to be reason for the few that remain.
