There is a clear difference between the locals and the international employees. Locals could make efforts to be more inclusive and respectful. Jokes on the clothing or belongings should not be tolerated, and when HR representatives should take actions when witnessing such behaviours

The company culture could be improved, there is one profile of employee that is more and more dominant and this lack of diversity in the profiles and cultures creates an environement that is not so comfortable for people that do not fit the dominant profile.

Onboarding needs improvement, little to no mentoring is provided. Actual team management and training are also an issue. The feedback provided by team leaders is strictly based on sales numbers. They are busy with their accounts and are not able to provide qualitative feedback to improve results

It is hard to think of one, the compensation package is very small for a company of such scale. The wellness allowance for instance does not cover the average gym monthly fee. I do not think that modern furnitures or a multicultural team counts as a compensation package.
