My experience at Sweetwater has gone from great, to becoming a chore. Unfortunately, it's become a chore to be here every day. It's become difficult to stay invested in what we're doing here with no idea of a path forward. It's become a mundane and repetitive "going through the motions" thing.

I love how qualified the leadership team is at Sweetwater. It is comprised of individuals with high-level experience relevant to what they do. They are talented and know how to grow the business while keeping the customer at the forefront.

As an entry level leader, I don not believe my senior leaders are invested in what I'm doing in the distribution center. I think they focus on what is in front of them while leaders on the floor are often overlooked.
