People really care about company and the work they do
Revisión
Compensation lags market place, and work structure is very rigid, management style is straight 1990's
Revisión
Lower level managers try to improve environment to retain employees and make the work environment positive.
Revisión
Accomplishing change within the organization that I'm responsible for through my own work but especially through the teams I'm part of.
Revisión
CEO and CFO disconnected from the workforce and needs of workforce, CHRO and Chief Legal are the only part of team that are involved
Revisión
Everyone throughout organization is very open and friendly, and are very willing to help on projects and be proactive in making things better (products, environment)
Revisión
Cultures are different between Corporate (1980's office environment) vs. business units (very up to date and employee friendly). Culture is one of "making things better", just business units do a better job..
Revisión
Time off policy is antiquated with split vacaction/personal, and vacation time is low, have to work at least 10 years to get 4 weeks, Overall compensation is suppressed and not comparable to other companies or inflation.
Revisión
Very personable and approachable leaders, but CEO is not involved in any employee matters and is not really forward thinking when it comes to thinking about what changes can be made to make the work environment more employee centric.
