Our vision is building a dynamic multi-dimensional church in the northern cities of Minneapolis and the surrounding metro area. Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. We provide every Believer-Disciple with a place to encounter God's presence and His life-changing Word. Our vision is to maintain and further develop an atmosphere of love, forgiveness and acceptance for all races and cultures. Every member is sharing in the love and unity at MFI. Our members and visitors alike value the culture of love in the church. Our vision is bringing the community to church and winning them to Christ. I am disqualified from any full time work because there's one day out of the week I can't work due to religious reasons. Access to full time work with benefits. Also, I work backroom, all departments, at the front end, train new hires, and clean the bathrooms, but I'm only being paid for cashier.

As a basic part time and no value for people giving just 4 hours daily and 22 maximum a week, no one can get benefits and pushing people to do what we need to do in more hours.

I feel undervalued because I am. I'd feel better if the pay was appropriate for the amount of work I do and if the entire days workload (returns, revovery) wasn't layed on my shoulders

I was in the back of a truck block in from leaving with out climbing over boxes blocking my way to any exit! I have told my manager every day about this issue and it was never taken care of.

I feel very undervalued seeing that i have been very loyal to this company and a CEC over me was very rude, gaslighting, and disrespectful nothing was done about this and it costed me my job.
