
Being left alone at the front end without a CEC. That's not sarcasm, it just makes it much easier to do my job when I'm not constantly being asked why I'm doing something the way I am by someone who isn't even willing to let me finish my response, let alone listen to it.

Fire all store managers and bring in new. All the key carriers and cashiers are amazing but I've witnessed several times them being bullied by Priscilla and Carla in front of customers. I'm embarrassed for TjMaxx and embarrassed that it's a new store in Paris Texas that probably won't last long.

Start at the top! When the store manager is very unprofessional everyone else has no chance! When the leader has no concern about safety the followers will care even less! This needs to be fixed before someone gets hurt or worse! No person should have to work in an unsafe place! I have told MGT.....

They need to pay their associates better. The pay is not good at all for all the work that you have to do. Especially with inflation and prices going up the pay needs to be raised. The managers need to do better and treat associates better.

It us a toxuc work environment. You are practically tgreatened and harrassed to increase rewards. I approach every customer; however, I dont think it is wise to harrass them about getting a TJMaxx card and rewards. If I dont make tge quota, Im harrassed, put on the spot, loud talked & put down.
