Our vision is building a dynamic multi-dimensional church in the northern cities of Minneapolis and the surrounding metro area. Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. We provide every Believer-Disciple with a place to encounter God's presence and His life-changing Word. Our vision is to maintain and further develop an atmosphere of love, forgiveness and acceptance for all races and cultures. Every member is sharing in the love and unity at MFI. Our members and visitors alike value the culture of love in the church. Our vision is bringing the community to church and winning them to Christ. The associates I work with are great but the management team is not. We are all one team but it does not feel that way to the associates. There is a clear disconnect between managers and employees.

More genuine support and more concern of one's own time and effort instead of each others'. More enjoyment of our time together and less worry about whose doing what wrong.

They have a little groups and everyone takes up for everyone so if they do not like you they would do things that make the environment very hostile and the management is a part of the team
