Associates will make it positive while management will make it negative said employees care more then actually management

Communication pitching in when stores are busy actually setting good behaviors and being a role model instead they hire anyone to be a manager with no actual skills into running a team

Compensation does not even cover cost of living there is no reason for the amount of work employees put in should be worried on how to pay rent or eat no reason full-time employees are working 2 or more jobs to get by you will do the work of five people run non stop and get low pay
