Everything was very straightforward. While it's not a traditional interview, you do have to pass an assessment that's rather difficult (making it even sweeter when passed). The guide and instructions were easy to follow.

Everyone is so willing to help, whether it's answering questions, or giving advice, I've never had such a supportive, responsive coworker atmosphere before! It doesn't matter how long you've been there (or how silly you're questions might be), there's always someone with a helpful answer!

Being able to choose what I work on, how often I work, and where I work. I love the flexibility of the job, and also the multiple opportunities to raise my pay. I went from $15/audio hour to $27-$50/audio hour (depending on the projects I select) in less than 6 months!

They are always involved with all the projects we have going on at every level. They stay in touch with the team on a regular basis, keeping us up to date on new projects and various current projects we're running. I never feel like I'm bothering them if I have a question.

Being able to advance at my own pace, earning more depending on when I want to put in the work to do so. I appreciate how upfront they are with all levels of pay, based on the various teams you can be added to. And it's fairly comparable to other transcription jobs.
