Fewer announcements about the same things over and over and over again. It's redundant and unnecessary.
Read and follow instructions and stop asking stupid questions that have been asked hundreds of times.

They need managers whom don't, fire people because they messed up

Your coworkers will not do their jobs and you will end up doing it or be screamed at. Any attempts at resolving this get your harassed by management. Eventually, you're fired and banned just because you wanted to do your job in peace.

Every transcriber has the opportunity to do as much or as little as they want. The minimum work requirement for transcribers is one transcription job per month. You do not depend on someone else's work to get your job done.
The actual employees/management does very little and dumps the work on the underpaid admins or yells at workers to do it with thinly veiled threats. So if they just actually did their job, that would be great.

You don't really have interaction with coworker's beyond a QA person rating your work before paying you for it.
