- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am paid by audio hours and not by how many hours I work. It comes out quite low sometimes, but I do have the convenience of being at home.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?You could work for eight hours and make a total of $10. And I'm talking being in one of the best paid teams and as a fast touch typer. No extra pay for hard audio. No extra pay as a quality assessor for working on a job that has been transcribed very poorly and takes you 2 to 3 times as long to do.
