The flexibility and the opportunities provided are great. Also the various competitions held are also fun
Being home with my kid and flexibility of work days and hours.
Making my own hours. I choose what days and times I want to work.
Other friendly people just trying to make a buck. Sadly I'm no longer still delusioned into thinking if I just try harder and type faster I'll actually get paid appropriately for my labour.
I like that I can get to work at any time of the day and earn a decent amount of money doing so.
Getting enough work to meet my challenges.
Coworkers, flexibility, and learning new things
Being able to work from home.
Remote work from home. Helpfulness of coworkers and leadership. Various opportunities.

The good culture and support from colleagues

I learn something new every day. There is a wide variety of topics that people discuss in meetings that need to be transcribed.
The atmosphere is always positive.

Being able to work at home with this company is amazing, not only because I can continue to be a stay-at- home parent, but also because most files are in after my kids go to bed. And since I have a bad habit of staying up way too late anyway; it's refreshing.

The flexibility it allows me with my time.
I work at home. I enjoy the flexibility with when and where I work,
Satisfaction after completing a job well.
Not being paid enough makes a person feel like they're worthless. This company is bad for mental health.
Give me my job back and pay me please
Review from Admin Dept
The low pay and stress of trying to hear every single "um" and "uh" makes it stressful.
There's no winning. There are people that either like or hate someone and if that someone likes or hates you sets the tone of your environment. It's hostile and full of harassment. I think the only people happy, are those that manage to not get yelled at or criticized that particular day.

Planning, pay, and communication, as stated previously.

When you aren't being paid a fair wage, it becomes demoralizing.

It all comes down to the pay. If that was improved to a per-hour structure, I would gladly spend my entire day in front of my laptop transcribing.

Leadership need to change their attitudes, and the QA needs to be more streamlined. The staff who assess our submitted work don't all stick to the same style guidelines that we are taught. Something can be classed as an error by one person and not another.
Review from Operations Dept
I work harder than I do at any of my other jobs and yet don't even get paid minimum wage.
Review from Communications Dept
The multiple options of workgroups and categories to work in, and the good support for professional development.

Maybe the interface could be improved on so as to not require more data than is necessary.
