Good somehow they are supportive
Their helpful nature and the support they always provide
There is a lot of support. Whenever i have a question, it is answered quickly.
The admins are friendly and helpful. Wouldn't have a clue who is running the company.
They care for all their workers.
They're very respectful and supportive of each other as well as the transcribers.
The leadership is outstanding. Friendly, accessible, helpful, and all-around knowledgable and very pleasant to interact with. All of the info can feel a bit intimidating to learn, but everyone goes out of their way to help.
They are always there to help.
Very helpful leadership from the veterans here.

They are all so welcome and helpful!! No matter the day or time.

They are very lenient and accessible. The work culture is great making it even more natural to interact with them.
I've, so far, been exposed only to the immediate seniors in the TME authorized GN group and each and everyone has been very helpful.
They always try to find work for us even during the height of the pandemic. I am able to stay afloat financially because of TM.
They give very constructive, personal feedback so you can improve in order to advance if you're open to that

Workers rarely interact with managers so it's hard to tell but I think they are trying their best. They should just be more open minded and allow transcribers from other locations to also join teams set aside for Australians and Americans only and not be discriminatory as is currently prevailing.

Leaders are accessible at all times either through direct message or through the company helpdesk. They never put anyone down for asking a question, even if they have answered the same question a hundred times. Instead, they answer the question to the best of their ability.
The ease of accessing them and the quickness of their responses.
They are very supportive and are always there to help you out.
I'm not really sure who is the leadership team. There seem to be a lot of them and they seem really great and positive on yammer but I don't know who my manager is.
The leadership team is there to help. When you make a mistake, they encourage growth and guide you in the right direction. They are always there to help and want to see everyone succeed.
The leadership team needs to remember that the transcriptionists are doing the bulk of the work and should be payed much, much more than they currently are. The leadership team should be paid less.
Listen to your crowd workers. Pay them fairly.

Very political. Admins have workers they love and hate. Who loves and hates that Admin will reflect on how they treat you. They will even take hours or days of your work away and give it to someone else without compensating you because you didn't 'technically' complete it per their whim. Good luck!

Need to better organize the projects and payments. Also need to improve communication with contractors.

Planning, pay, and communication would be tops.

I've transcribed with the company for years and I've never seen the CEO say anything to those transcribing. Not even a little blurb in the company newsletter. Today is the first time Ive even seen his name.
Review from Admin Dept
They need to be better at recognizing just who is doing the work and compensating people per hour, not taking advantage of the gig economy and profiting heavily off those who are doing the work at the bottom.

Some of the TM identified staff (supervisors/leaders) on the forums come across as having a bad attitude and 'holier than thou' way of communicating. It feels like they hate their job and have low tolerance for new staff, and instead of being understanding or helpful they answer questions rudely.

Pay your transcribers a fair wage!
