The leadership team is down to earth and doesn't act like they're better than the rest of us. They are easy to talk with when I have a problem, and they are very encouraging.

Felt that you were right for the company, if you passed the entry exams.

It was an online test.

What I like about TM is that there is no interview process. I personally don't like going to job interviews so this is a plus for me. In order to get in, we had to take a very challenging online exam.
