I've been in this company for eight months now and my experience has been positive. I love the work flexibility, the community, and the management although, I am hoping that in the near future, we can get paid an hourly rate. But overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TM to people I know.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be really awesome if we can get paid at an hourly rate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really love how the community is always so helpful and friendly and not intimidating. The admins are awesome! I also love how neat and organized everything is here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I like about TM is that there is no interview process. I personally don't like going to job interviews so this is a plus for me. In order to get in, we had to take a very challenging online exam.
What makes you most happy at work?
The company culture and the flexibility to work anytime and anywhere at my own pace! But I really do hope that transcribers here can get paid at an hourly rate to adequately recompense the hours of work and effort done in the files.
